Digital Media Manager

Mueller Communications, a well-established and highly regarded public relations, public affairs, and marketing firm, is looking to add a Digital Media Manager to its talented team of professionals.

Work with account teams and clients to build, manage, test, and measure customized PPC, SEO, Online/Mobile Display and social media campaigns. Campaigns including but not limited to campaign planning, budget and bid management, keyword research, competitive analysis, QA, online presence management accuracy, online review management, and working with designers on ad copy creation. Manage campaigns to budget and client goals and work closely with Account Executives to produce regular reporting and communicate campaign strategy, progress, opportunities, and results. Develop and maintain a mastery of key marketing tools such as: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, etc.

  • Experience planning, executing, and growing SEM, SEO, and Social Media client strategy with strategic vision. 
  • Experience managing pay-per-click accounts in Google and Bing paid ad platforms as well as social media advertising such as Facebook and LinkedIn ads. 
  • Proficient in tracking and interpreting data from Google Analytics and other data sources into meaningful insights. Knowing the optimal way to incorporate web tracking tools (e.g., setting up UTM codes, call tracking, conversion tracking, etc.) 
  • Understanding of the principles of B-to-B marketing designed to brand strategically and/or generate leads 
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical, keyword research, and search engine ranking factors. 
  • Google Ads/Google Analytics Certified. 
  • Familiarity with web design best practices, particularly design that helps to increase on-site conversion 
  • Has a passion for digital communication, marketing, and trends
