Position Summary:

As a key member of our digital media team the Digital Media Strategist is a data driven digital expert who focuses on strategy development, oversees execution and optimization of our display, social media marketing and PPC channels while enjoying the ability to collaborate with multiple departments including eComm, Consumer Sales Call Centers, Creative services, Social, Digital and Traditional media.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day prospecting and retargeting display campaigns, paid social campaigns and emerging media campaigns 
  • Develop advertising strategies, measure results and recommend/implement changes and enhancements to meet program goals 
  • Assist cross-divisional teams with content strategy, reporting and optimization of affiliate programs 
  • Lead agency and work for multiple digital channels and ensure timely and high-quality reporting and analytics deliverables 
  • Partner with creative teams on development of relevant and compelling ad copy, graphics, videos and landing pages; evaluate results from implementations and formulate strategic recommendations to optimize
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; perform ad hoc investigations into advanced metrics; recommend data and tracking improvements to support more comprehensive data
  • Gather and evaluate campaign data from multiple sources to provide account reports, ensuring that reports and analysis are easy to read and interpret for audiences of varying digital experience
  • Develop testing and learning agendas, structure tests (A/B and multivariate), report on impacts and use results to formulate strategic recommendations for changes and enhancements 
  • Manage technical implementations of new media platforms to ensure proper tagging is in place for internal and agency tracking

Required Skills:

The candidates must have demonstrated the following performance skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape, web design and usability, email marketing, SEO, and PPC channels
  • Proven track record of managing media budgets and achieving goals
  • Effective strategic planning 
  • Creative Problem solving 
  • Strong communication and written skills 
  • Cross-functional project collaboration experience 
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills 
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities

Qualifications:

  • Experience running B2C consumer marketing initiatives
  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
