OVERVIEW:

Solve is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor who’s capable of designing, selling and implementing cutting-edge digital media campaigns to high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will understand how to leverage paid search, social, display and video in service of our clients’ challenges. They will lead a team that defines and identifies success across digitally-based brand and direct marketing campaigns, unearths below-the-surface insights using analytics data, clearly communicates performance to stakeholders and implements real-time optimization that improves return on media spend over time.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU'LL DO;

The Digital Media Supervisor will lead team members to create smart, incisive digital media and measurement solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with other departments to ensure work delivers on the client’s challenge and achieves demonstrable results.

Specific duties include:

  • Design, sell and execute digital media and measurement campaigns for clients 
  • Establish KPIs for campaigns and ladder back to overarching business objectives 
  • Identify gaps in measurement/tracking and implement solutions wherever possible 
  • Draw insights from analysis of analytics and paid media data 
  • Summarize and communicate the status of campaigns to internal/client stakeholders 
  • Make and implement recommendations that optimize campaign performance over time 
  • Manage output, monitor quality and mentor abilities of junior digital staff 
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure creative delivers against goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 8 years of client-facing digital media experience in an agency environment 
  • Can distill complexity into simple, powerful observations and recommendations 
  • Authoritative and persuasive Keynote/Powerpoint presentation and writing skills 
  • Understands how to translate data and numbers into visuals, stories and action 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Adwords and Google Analytics 
  • Strong command of advanced Excel-driven analysis (no fear of pivot tables) 
  • Experience implementing Google Tag Manager-based Conversion/Event/Goal Tracking 
  • Familiarity with self-service advertising platforms (DoubleClick Bid Manager, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube TrueView, etc.) 
  • Insatiably curious and capable of devising and conducting media experiments and tests 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment 
  • Not intimidated by ambiguity or problems without established best practice solutions
