As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various digital projects, including but not limited to site redesigns, online tools and digital advertising campaigns. If you are a tech savvy professional who has an in-depth understanding of digital ecosystems, and you have experience managing and delivering digital projects that are strategically aligned with business goals, on time and within budget, you belong the Hoffman York digital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management 
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budgets and timelines 
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects 
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues 
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met 
  • Create necessary support documentation 
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects, ideas, and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, creative, or technology related fields 
  • 4+ years of work experience managing full-scale website projects (conception through post-launch and monitoring) 
  • Experience with Agile Methodology, specifically with Scrumprinciples 
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems 
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics 
  • Superior communication, organization, and team management skills

  • Ready and willing to step up as digital team social coordinator to organize events that revolve around food 
  • Partakes in agency recreational activities such as softball, kickball, and bowling, even if the team goes winless all season
