Role Summary:
The Director of Development and Marketing is a recently created key leadership position designed to scale our development and marketing strategies to meet the growing demand of our services. The Director of Development and Marketing will be responsible for creating, implementing, and executing strategic marketing and fundraising efforts that align with the organization’s strategic plan. Paramount to this role is cultivating relationships with new and existing donors to meet our funding needs, especially individual donor growth. The role includes management and execution of marketing strategy for fundraising, recruitment, and community awareness. This role reports to the Executive Director and works in conjunction with a team of six directors (Operations, Community Relations, Technology, Program, Evaluation, Foundations).
