The Corporate division encompasses the core operational support for all Land O’Lakes businesses. It includes Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, Land O’Lakes Foundation and Community Relations, Finance, Law, Member Relations, Facilities, Event Strategy, Security, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Marketing and Government Relations.

The Corporate Marketing team at Land O’ Lakes is a creative, fast-paced group leading the charge to accelerate growth by providing leadership and advancing enterprise-wide capabilities that deliver winning customer experiences. Data and Analytics is part of the Corporate Marketing team and supports Land O’Lakes business units by providing analytical expertise, centralized reporting capabilities and manages a robust team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, development and execution of marketing analytics programs working across Land O’Lakes primary business units partnering with marketing leadership and corporate marketing COEs.

  • Develop measurement strategies, test plans, segmenting audiences 
  • Oversee Web and media measurement and optimization including data collection and analysis 
  • Build capabilities for ROI/ROMI across search, display, mobile, social and offline marketing channels 
  • Manage the planning, evaluation and selection of analytics tools and software 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, research, product, IT and other departments to deliver analysis and marketing recommendations

Develop an enterprise roadmap for continued development of Land O’Lakes Marketing Analytics capabilities. Develop annual plans and oversee execution of projects building out the capabilities and their return on investment to the organization.

Track record in:

  • Using analytics to move business metrics 
  • Managing projects with multiple workstreams 
  • Cross-functional communication

Education:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree (masters preferred) in marketing, statistics, mathematics or related field

Experience:

  • Ten years in analytics or business intelligence 
  • Five years in digital marketing 
  • Five years managing a team
