The Director of Brand Strategy is responsible for directing, developing and defining the overall vision and strategy of Andis divisions and products. This position is responsible for overseeing the ideation, development and implementation of the Andis brand for all segments of the business including Animal, Barber and Beauty, Retail and International.

Main duties will include.

  • Forms, schedules, chairs and leads project teams, focusing on brand development.
  • Works with internal and external resources to create the strategy and branding initiatives to position Andis in the appropriate position for the markets we serve.
  • Works closely with sales, Executives and the owners to identify the overall brand identify for each segment of our market.
  • Works to create marketing campaigns to create the desired branding messages and imaging.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. MBA is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in Brand Management for a consumer products company, with a minimum of three years of leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
