Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for an entry-level marketing coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating the proposal process including writing and editing; creating and producing marketing materials; attending proposal kickoff meetings; assisting with interview preparation; coordinating events; providing quality control for all marketing elements. Travel may be required.

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling four years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, communication, english, marketing, or related discipline (or the ability to obtain the degree within 3 months); associate degree in business administration, journalism, communication, marketing, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience; no degree plus 4 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlines; Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software; CRM databases; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience at an architectural or engineering consulting firm and strong writing skills is a plus.
