Summer Term in the Division of Continuing Studies is seeking a program coordinator for events, projects, and general administration for our unit. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of summer term events year round (e.g., venue, budget, logistics, staffing), including the creation of new events as needed. This position will also provide project management for summer term projects and programs throughout the project/program lifecycle (e.g., ideation phase through launch).
Additional duties include leading the summer term student advisory board and ambassadors, managing our social media presence in collaboration with our marketing team, and providing general divisional fiscal support as needed.
