About the Field Communications Team:

The Field Communications team is in charge of the strategic approach, material development and ongoing counsel and execution of all Home Office owned communications channels focused on Pampered Chef consultants. The team’s key purpose is to maximize the programs, opportunities and moments highlighted in the company’s larger strategic business plan to positively impact field performance and confidence.

Our focus is on supporting the success of our existing 40,000+ consultants. We accomplish this by driving the development and execution of sales enablement tools, developing engaging messaging and content, and delivering effective field acquisition, engagement and retention programs.

About the Field Communications Specialist Role:

The Field Communications Specialist, is responsible for executing, measuring and optimizing segment-specific marketing campaigns and pilot programs across all consultant touchpoints.

  • Assisting Field Communications Director in developing communication plans aligned to campaign goals and success
  • Crafting compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different consultants – matching the message to the medium
  • Planning and executing timely consultant lifecycle campaigns, as well as pilot programs
  • Managing end-to-end campaign and program execution; ensuring innovative and efficient touch points, activation and implementation
  • Helping Marketing Manager maintain monthly field communications campaign calendar
  • Overseeing deliverables and timeline; including copyediting, proofreading and QA
  • Generating, compiling and analyzing campaign results regularly; identifying key learnings and actions to take as a result of learnings

What we are looking for in a new team member:

  • 2+ years of campaign planning and execution experience delivering highly successful multi-channel programs
  • Ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage and maintain multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a critical eye for detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and provide quick turn-around
  • Ability to adapt and work in a progressive, dynamic, changing environment
  • Detailed-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and some experience leveraging data and analytics to drive decision making and marketing effectiveness
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Establish strong relationships & collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business partners to meet mutually agreed upon deadlines
  • Academic background in marketing, business or related field. Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience minimum
  • Make decisions quickly and take initiative; have tenacity to see things through to completion
  • Experience crafting compelling messaging and positioning narratives across channels, and developing targeted content strategies
  • Builds useful networks of contacts inside and outside the organization to drive innovation and benchmark performance
  • Manage conflict well
