Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

Work as an integral member of the Sales & Marketing team to develop and produce the marketing collateral and strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and improve brand awareness and affinity.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal communication)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, others), MS Office, and applications (Google web analytics, etc.)
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Understanding of printing process and specifications
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including CAD, photography, interactive media, web design, etc.
• Committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail
• Ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and HTML
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, highly desired

Essential Functions:

• Produce marketing collateral, sales tools, exhibit-related communications
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Manage the day-to-day marketing tasks, marketing projects, website updates/revisions
• Develop digital strategies and content to increase web traffic, improve brand awareness
• Assist in analyzing website marketing data, campaign results, etc.
• Support sales team across the country in their efforts to promote Integra
• Manage within expense budget
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested

Required Experience:

• Business/related degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 5 years of marketing specialist/management experience demonstrating a proven track record of marketing campaigns, strategy and vision implementation.
