The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing assistance for the marketing department through print, digital, web, video. The Graphic Design intern will report to the Brand Marketing Project Manager and will assist with the development and design of Ansay & Associates Brand via graphics, logos, collateral materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Graphic Design:

  • Receive direction from the Brand Marketing Project Manager on various Ansay Branded projects
  • Updating and resizing of the current templated Ansay branded collateral pieces (brochures, print ads, etc.)
  • Maintaining the Ansay Website by updating content, graphics (photos & videos).
  • Helping assist the Brand Marketing team on quick turnaround branding pieces (i.e. brochures, Point of Sales Pieces, Flyers, and Infographics etc.)
  • Ability to finish Brand Marketing projects that have been started by our Graphic Designer to ensure completion
  • Assist in special projects assigned by the Director of BM/BD. May include by not limited to: Social Media Projects (graphics, photos, videos, etc.)
  • Assisting in video & photo shoots, Website page creation/updating, and Office branding items & layout.

Marketing Administrative Duties:

  • Updating, proofing, writing of the various Marketing documents. 
  • Updating and creating PowerPoint and Prezi presentations
  • Updating the Ansay Intranet with all marketing items
  • Enrolled in a BA program from an accredited University or College in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Communication with a minor in graphic design
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills including working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 2010
  • Proficient user of all related social technology including photos, computer sites, phone, internet, etc.
  • Ability to follow routine written and verbal instructions
  • Works well in a team environmentExcellent writing and grammar skills
  • Solid verbal communication skills (great people skills)
