Graphic Designer & Artist

The in-house Graphic Designer and Artist will be responsible for the conception and production of all of the company's print and digital graphics through completion.

Responsibilties:

• Create print/digital advertisements, sell-sheets, flyers, signage, and other print collateral 
• Design digital assets including web banners, eblasts, etc. 
• Edit existing and create new layout and design for sale catalogs and annual digital catalog 
• Support web design when necessary 
• Adjust and prepare files for large format sublimation printing 
• Maintain image library and update, retouch and manipulate images as needed 
• Provide digital artwork as well as with fabric and thread samples for custom orders 
• Coordinates with marketing personnel, printers, customer service reps and production employees 
• Develop original designs while maintaining the Gaspard brand identity

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Fine Arts or 1-2 years of of relevant professional experience 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with strict deadlines 
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent communications skills, with an ability to absorb and apply constructive feedback

Baed on experience and education the positon will start at $33,280.00 annually.
