Graphic Designer - Print & Digital Media

Do you love fonts but hate Papyrus? Can you spot the wrong size H2 from a mile away? Do you own a Pantone mug? Join the Mangold Creative team and help us translate “big ideas” for our client’s design and branding needs. Let your vision for the client’s brand be carried out in traditional media, while you compliment the agency’s work on digital and social channels through ongoing marketing efforts.

Under the direction and supervision of the President and Art Director, the Graphic Designer aids in the creative output of the organization through print and digital channels. This role coordinates with the client and the account team to translate “big ideas” for the client’s design and branding needs. Most of all, the Graphic Designer should have a “vision” for the importance of the client’s brand, both online and offline. This role also will compliment the agency’s work on digital and social channels through ongoing marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years applicable industry experience 
• Portfolio demonstrating strong branding and business applications (stationery, collateral, website design, advertising samples) as well as illustration and artistic talent Knowledge of printing processes and specification; paper specification; ink specification, Pantone system 
• Familiarity with typestyles, type design and type specification; stock photography; computer retouching and image manipulation; art direction of original photography 
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
• Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms 
• Photography skills a plus 
• Web programming including WordPress, HTML and CSS knowledge a plus
