Automation Components, Inc. (ACI) seeks a creative Graphic Designer with experience in print, video, electronic media and content creation for Social Media communication. We’re looking for someone with the ability to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on detail and image quality. Videography, and video editing experience is a plus.

  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to creative team
  • Work simultaneously on 5+ projects at a time
  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including, but not limited to Website Graphics, Social Media Graphics, PowerPoints, Video Graphics, Posters & Data Sheets
  • Implement/alter design elements created by another professional, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for website design
  • Author written content for company’s Social Media pages (3-5 posts per week) 
  • Create Social Media weekly summaries which include ACI’s platform analytics, competitor post updates, partnered company updates
  • Interact with partnered organizations daily
  • Must think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related field
  • Must present a strong portfolio of previous designs; including examples of logo creation, layout management, creative processes
  • Individual must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a plus
  • 4+ years in professional design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Adaptive design eye and skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social Media or creative writing experience
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from creative team, management team and other work colleagues
  • Must maintain professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
