Bader Rutter is an independent, integrated marketing services agency with headquarters in Milwaukee and additional offices in Chicago and Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize in full-service advertising and marketing campaigns, and our 275 employees work in public relations, account management, creative, production, digital, strategy, social media, campaign management, data and analytics, media and more.

You’re a passionate leader with a depth of experience in building client partnerships and growing business. You excel at understanding the customer and enjoy the challenge of developing strategies to engage and connect on new levels.

Speaking of leading, you’ll do plenty of it: You will lead a team, run four business units and guide clients through innovative marketing communications solutions.   • You have 7 to 10 years of experience, with experience at an agency preferred. 
  • You have demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
