If you are looking for a growing, fast-paced environment that will give you the autonomy to lead the marketing function, this role is for you. James Imaging is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for the entire organization and be a key driver of growth for the organization. This role has a strategic component to it, but we are also looking for someone that likes to roll up his/her sleeves and execute with the support of a variety of partners and agencies.

The Opportunity:

  • Own and lead the marketing function for the entire organization, and develop a marketing strategy and executable plan to align with James Imaging’s organizational goals. Utilize data and results to modify the strategy over time to best use budget and marketing channels.
  • Identify Marketing priorities and develop a clear, measurable plan to achieve success of the James Imaging brand, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Through marketing initiatives build a positive image for James Imaging and its capabilities.
  • James Imaging is growing and continues to execute acquisitions. This role will be responsible for successfully rebranding and communicating rebranding messaging to the employees and client base of acquired companies.
  • Help achieve James Imaging’s growth plans through marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement a wide range of marketing activities such as thought leadership, webinars, digital advertising, social media, events and sponsorships to support the strategic marketing plans. This also includes developing and maintaining marketing collateral, website content, proposal and presentation content, standard pitch-books/templates and external client events.
  • Manages paid marketing channels and lead generation.
  • Own the launch plans, develop schedules and maintain deadlines of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures all internal and external marketing materials and company properties are up-to-date and consistent with our brand.
  • Develop and proactively add to and contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive marketing database (CRM) of clients and prospects.
  • Serve as the company’s liaison with marketing agencies and manage project initiation, scheduling, negotiating, completion, budget, evaluation and delivery.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs. Report on efficacy and success of the programs to the businesses, developing ROI measures to share with key constituents in organization and applying analytics to provide usage insights and trends to the organization.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, values-driven person with high energy, enthusiasm and passion. 
  • 5 + years’ experience in B2B marketing at an agency or mid-size organization. 
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing or equivalent. 
  • Team oriented and possess a strong work ethic and a high sense of personal integrity. 
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Able to build strong relationships with employee partners and agencies globally. 
  • Strong program management skills. 
  • Thrives in a high energy, fast growth environment. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and motivate team members cross-functionally. 
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally. 
  • Ability to measure success and articulate how marketing programs drive business growth.
