Ozinga is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to fill a key role in our growing organization. The Internal Communications Manager will work with a cross-functional team (Communications, Leadership, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition and Development, Sales, IT, etc.) to connect our team of coworkers and help support our company vision through forward-thinking internal communications strategy and planning.

We are looking for someone who is a servant-leader with a proven track-record of: working across and managing up and down within an organization; developing internal and executive communication strategies; thinking creatively to solve challenges and capitalize on communication opportunities within a growing organization; leveraging digital and social communication channels and successfully implementing communications plans to achieve strategy and goals.
