MSP-C is seeking a savvy, passionate, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our expanding digital strategy group.

Equal parts ideator and practitioner, this position will collaborate with creative teams in the development of breakthrough cross-channel content experiences. You will be active in helping define creative vision for MSP-C’s clients and be comfortable proposing and developing new content marketing concepts and formats. You’ll be a guiding digital voice on the strategy team, assisting the creative teams on content projects from ideation to wrap reports. Qualified candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in developing digital creative experiences at an agency, consultancy, or other relevant field.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients on strategy and execution of multiple concurrent short- and long-term digital content projects.
  • Creating, refining and articulating innovative ideas into digital content experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Identifying how audience data, distribution approaches, and performance insights influence the creation and outcomes of creative campaigns.
  • Skillfully incorporating search and social data and measurement approaches to content marketing projects.
  • Delivering unique solutions and strategic roadmaps to new and existing clients.
  • Capable of handling many different types of digital projects — and knowing which formats and tools are best for different purposes.
  • Understanding a varied digital toolbox and evaluating marketing technology tools

Requirements:

  • You have an established background in creating, implementing and measuring digital experiences and have led at least one major digital content-driven project (such as a website redesign or an app launch) from start to finish.
  • Front-end development work is a distinct bonus.
  • You are at ease pitching and executing new ideas — and you understand how they come to fruition across search, social, and email.
  • You are on top of the latest trends in the content marketing universe and are always looking to try something new.
  • You thrive on collaboration with clients and internal teams, ask the right questions, and understand how the small details affect the big picture.
  • You know your way around a pitch deck, a creative brief, a planning spreadsheet, and an analytics setup.
  • You are comfortable telling exceptional stories to pretty much anyone, and you are fluent in marketing and business speak.
  • You know that words are just the beginning of content experiences.
