About Us:
We make very personal commitments to our clients. They have gaps that get in the way of growth and awesome things. We commit to step in, figure things out, fill those gaps and help build a bridge to sustainable growth and happiness.
Sound nice? It’s actually way better than that – but it’s not simple. We’re looking for people who thrive in uncertainty and like to be rewarded for sleuthing things out. It's not easy to get a job here, but it's worth trying.
If you're looking for something a little different, we hope you drop us a line. And, we just moved downtown into a really great environment–it’ll be worth it just to see the new space.
The Position:
In this case, we’re looking for someone to assist us in leading our Market Intelligence team. Someone who has the experience of program manager and understands creating strategy, building the architecture of multiple projects that all intertwine to meet the big picture objectives, and finally executing, evaluating and possibly starting all over again. Someone who would like just enough freedom to take a risk that might make all the difference. The kind of person who doesn’t need it all mapped out, because they know the truth – there is no map.
We really aren’t big into titles, so please don’t let typical agency or corporate definitions dissuade you from talking to us.
Details:
Our Market Intelligence team is our “backbone of the house” for the Account team – working together to “map” the project, working through market strategy, the architecture of the campaigns/collateral and the execution. Always evaluating and analyzing metrics to determine what is working, what is not working and re-positioning the project(s), as needed. This is not a one-person show as you are far from alone – we support you with the following teams:
- Account Management
- Creative
- Technical
We do this, because individuals almost never get to the right answer, yet teams of people that see the world from different perspectives are seldom wrong.
We expect you to have the following skills to be successful:
- Project management – the ability to manage multiple projects (8-15 with lots of arms and legs) Project Strategy creation, including mapping and workflows
- Detailed communication skills - for providing direction to remote team members
- Analytic skills (math, patterns, with the ability to tell the story of the data through insights)
