As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you’ll perform a variety of specialized and administrative functions to increase Three Pillars’ visibility through the development and distribution of (amazing-looking) information and materials. A key focus of this position is the production of content, which will be created and distributed for: print and digital advertising, email marketing, our organization’s website, internal communication channels, brochures and flyers, and social media channels --- all to make people fall in love with the mission of Three Pillars and how we accomplish it. As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, you’ll always look for ways to highlight the great work of co-workers, add energy to conversations, encourage curiosity, dig into what’s working and what’s not, get smarter at your job through training, and smile a lot. You’ll collaborate with the department to brainstorm creative innovations, plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate our efforts. Your unmatched organizational skills, sunny disposition, and attention to detail will make you the perfect lead for our team’s production timelines and event coordination.
