The MCA of Chicago is a membership organization that represents more than 400 union contractors who service and install technologically advanced and energy-efficient heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and process piping systems across the region. Our members perform the mechanical construction and service for everything from commercial and residential buildings, to food-processing facilities, refineries, green energy systems, power plants, manufacturing plants, hospitals, airports, hotels and data centers. Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago is looking for its next marketing and communications lead! We are a tight-knit membership organization based in Burr Ridge that represents more than 400 union contractors who service and install technologically advanced and energy-efficient heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and process piping systems across the region.
Job Summary/General Purpose of Job:
Create and execute the Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago’s marketing and communications efforts that span from social media activity, weekly enews blasts and initiative invitations to promotional items, a quarterly magazine and an annual report. Serve as the staff ambassador to three committees: marketing, career development, and emerging leaders.
Our ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate with leadership and organizational skills. Graphic design experience is also a plus.
