We are currently searching for a motivated candidate to fill our Marketing & Design Specialist role. This person will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for helping to manage multiple social media accounts, as well as organic and paid digital campaigns, and creative design work.

Candidates must have direct experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Paid Search (SEM), Social Media Advertising and Account Management, Display Advertising, Remarketing, and Design (Adobe Creative Cloud applications).

You are passionate about digital marketing and creative design. A brand champion whose mission is to relentlessly drive customer acquisition and retention with powerful content strategies and creative across email, social and web. You'll be extremely talented when it comes to copywriting, with an eye for design and creative details. Your true goals will ultimately lead to improving digital traffic and engagement, as well as customer retention.

You’ll work alongside the marketing team and partner with key stakeholders to provide analysis, measure performance and provide actionable solutions that generate our desired results. And you'll love doing it for brands recognized in Milwaukee and across the country and in collaboration with a team that supports and respects you.

Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver best-in-class digital marketing campaigns and creative for our brands from idea to inception with our marketing team.
  • Create content to support brand goals and be willing to experiment with and test new methodologies, tools and know what's going to deliver the most value.
  • Track metrics for email marketing, social media marketing, paid and organic digital and other advertising initiatives.
  • Copywrite, track and help deliver all facets of online digital programs across multiple brands.
  • Provide campaign updates, regular account coordination, and effective analysis of activity in order to prioritize initiatives and maximize engagement growth for our brands.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day creative design, key stakeholder communication and reporting for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in PPC and Social Media Management.
  • Agency experience preferred, especially with experience handling multiple accounts.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact.
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) including ads interfaces, automation and analytics within these platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ambitious in nature and ready to take on new challenges at a moments notice.
  • You are proactive and resourceful, you don't wait to be told what to do and you can efficiently find the best resources to get stuff done.
  • Demonstrated experience with creative design and knowledge of current trends.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a must.

Competitive salary ($35,000 - $45,000) commensurate with experience. Health insurance and 401(k) benefits available. New office facility, with access to onsite fitness center, spa, and café.
