The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans located in Brookfield, Wisconsin is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager that is a team player who is able to multi-task while working in a diverse business environment. The campaign manager will be responsible for working with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive positive results for the Foundation’s programs and products.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for being the lead for assigned programs by planning and managing direct mail, email and online promotions. The campaign manager will become the subject matter expert and lead power user of marketing automation for the company and serve as the primary liaison with IT to maintain system integrations with CRM.

The position will also serve as the lead for marketing campaign strategy development and help optimize conversion funnel activities to accelerate the quantity and quality of marketing leads while maintaining retention with current customers. Also the manager will track and analyze the performance metrics of digital marketing, website, email campaigns, broadcast media and other marketing strategies.

Educations and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5 years of successful marketing communications experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target, or Pardot)
  • Prior experience in creating multi-step email workflows, lead scoring, persona development, nurturing and retention marketing campaigns
  • Strong Google Analytics and process skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

This is a full-time exempt position. Benefits includes paid vacation, sick, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance. Retirement plans consist of a defined benefit plan in addition to a matched 401(K) and a non-elective employer contribution 401(a) plan.
