Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist will have a strong understanding of customer experience and email marketing best practices to apply them in collaboration with our Marketing Automation Experience Architect.
You will be part of the Demand Generation to Revenue team within the US Digital Resource Center (US DRC).
You will be working to integrate marketing automation into our core websites and digital experiences. Working hand in hand with the business digital experience leaders and marketers you’ll collaborate on campaign architecture and then be charged with implementation of emails, landing pages and forms. The ideal candidate will work at the tactical level to develop campaigns, execute test plans, ensure deliverability and provide performance metrics. This role will also be responsible for representing 3M consistently by following brand standards and adhering to digital best practices. You will also be accountable for customer data capture that is pulled into the marketing automation system and pushes to our CRM and will be well versed in digital lead to revenue management and practices.
