Responsibilities:
Core activities include:
Internal Communications and Events Planning and Execution -
- Create a plan for driving engagement at all levels of the Operating Group with both on and off-site team members including communications, events, and other tasks as assigned that create value for our team members
- Develop and execute ongoing content aligned with the strategic engagement plan (core messaging, email, web, video, etc.)
- Review and assess impact of efforts over time and report out to senior management
- Contribute to strategic business planning efforts and other internal content creation as requested
- Serve as contributor to Marketing team in learning systems (Salesforce.com, market research platform) and creating ongoing graphical representations of data
External Communications and Events Planning and Execution -
- Collaborate on and execute documentation on proposals for project pursuits
- Strategic planning and coordination of activities associated with customer events
- Create communications to augment customer interaction and events including exhibitions, customer meetings, print collateral, advertising, publicity, awards, website content, social media, email and other channels as needed
- Coordinate with multiple functions within the operating group (Marketing, Business Development, Estimating, Design Phase, Operations, and more) to effectively create compelling stories of differentiation within the markets we serve
Participate in strategic marketing annual planning sessions and content creation
Other Marketing tasks as assigned
