Your role as the Marketing + Communications Manager:

As the Marketing + Communications Manager, you will manage internal and external communications function, including strategy, communication planning and delivery and brand management.

Responsibilities:

Marketing/External Communications

  • Develop and implement enterprise marketing communications strategy to support company strategic initiatives nationwide. This could include a national advertising plan, white papers, speakers' bureau, crisis communications, product launch, merger, etc. and so on. 
  • Develop marketing communications collateral to support sales/business development team. 
  • Manage RFP function and production of RFP's, pre-quals, and final interview presentations.

Internal communications

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategy to support company strategic initiatives and transparent communication culture. 
  • Advise leaders regarding best communications methods/channels and messaging 
  • Regularly audit and update internal communications, including intranet 
  • Promote, maintain and continually audit the brand internally

Leadership/Administrative/Operations

  • Model and promote company culture. 
  • Establish internal best practices and procedures toward continuous improvement to serve business unit leaders and executive leadership team 
  • Hire, coach and mentor employees, especially in the areas of writing, editing. Deliver performance reviews and support goal setting.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or related 
  • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word Press 
  • 6+ years of experience delivering internal communications 
  • 6+ years of experience developing marketing communications content 
  • 5+ years of experience leading people 
  • 5+ years of experience working with AP style guide
  • 5+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software 
  • 5+ years of enterprise marketing and brand management experience
