Affiliated Engineers, one of the ‘Top Five’ engineers in the U.S., is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Madison, WI office. The successful candidate will assist the Marketing and Business Development departments in tracking leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview presentations, and maintaining marketing information in our database. If you are an energetic, self-starter with excellent verbal, written, organizational, communication and computer skills, we’d like to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or relatedfield.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or engineering environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience.

Preferred Qualifications;

  • Experience with CRM (client relationship management) software.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software.

Other Requirements;

  • Strong spoken and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
