Marketing Coordinator

Can you dazzle followers on social media? Have a flair for writing effective web content? Enjoy planning and hosting exciting events even on nights and weekends? Bayshore Town Center is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to assist with events, promotions, social media, merchant and community relations, plus so much more!

A day-in-the-life of this position means immersing yourself in many different facets of our marketing department. You can expect to be routinely involved in the following areas:

• Events and Promotion Support: implement promotions and special events including pre-planning and execution. Additionally, communicate programs to all retail merchants and customer service teams. Be prepared - you will more than likely be working nights and weekends at these events.
• Collateral Placement: Distribute all collateral materials for the retail center and manage inventories.
• Web Maintenance: enact content updates on the Bayshore Town Center website as needed.
• Social Media: assist with publishing social media postings and reply to inquiries.
• Email Communication: assist in the development of email newsletters.
• Merchant Communication: Assist with oversight of merchant meetings and manage merchant participation in promotions and special events.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous marketing experience preferred, will consider education in lieu of experience.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 an hour.
