Marketing Coordinator

Esker is seeking an energetic and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our fun-loving, ever-growing Marketing team in Madison, Wisconsin.

This person will focus on coordinating and planning in-person tradeshows and seminars, help with the planning and execution of webinars, leverage our marketing automation platform to assist in promoting events, manage various database projects and coordinate a variety of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for data and details, is crazy-organized and thrives in a fast-paced

• Assist with tradeshow coordination including: pre- and post-event promotion, on-site logistics, event registration, packing and shipping
• Support the planning of Esker-hosted seminars
• Assist in the planning, production and promotion of webinars
• Travel to various event locations throughout the year
• Support lead management duties such as list importing, cleaning and reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Past tradeshow planning experience
• Strong organizational skills to set priorities and manage time
• Proven collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to work on a close-knit team
• Motivation and willingness to take ownership of a wide variety of projects in a collaborative environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of coworkers
• High attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and focus on quality output
• A tendency to do great work regardless of the task
• Ability and desire to travel to event locations
