Qualifications include a degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience; experience in social media and related digital marketing; a passion for new technology and marketing; strong computer skills in both PC and Mac environments; effective oral and written communication skills; effective analytical, research, and problem solving skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently; effective customer service skills; ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; and ability to maintain confidential information.
Real estate industry experience a plus and prior experience with the following software helpful: Windows, Mac OSX, iOS, Android, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and WordPress. Graphic design experience a plus.
Must be able to travel to our offices on occasion throughout the state of Wisconsin.
