Qualifications include a degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience; experience in social media and related digital marketing; a passion for new technology and marketing; strong computer skills in both PC and Mac environments; effective oral and written communication skills; copy and creative writing skills; effective analytical, research, and problem solving skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently; effective customer service skills; ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; and ability to maintain confidential information.
Real estate industry experience a plus and prior experience with the following software helpful: Windows, Mac OSX, iOS, Android, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and WordPress. Graphic design experience a plus. Must be able to travel to our offices on occasion throughout the state of Wisconsin. Currently active FW Sales Agents would need to move their license into our FRGI referral program if the final candidate.
