Ou new Marketing Coordinator will support the development of marketing strategies and tools for Premier Medical Staffing Services and Premier Physician Services. The ideal person will work closely with various internal teams to increase our brand awareness through social media, email marketing, and media communications. As Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our internal teams to develop and manage content for our social media channels, website, digital advertising, and other channels. A positive, pro-active, helpful attitude and critical thinking skills are essential to this position’s success.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work with the Marketing Team to exceed results. Some of the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Coordinator include social media content creation and management, creation and management of e-newsletters, interviews for blog and website content, event communications, media communications, campaign analysis, and more. Responsibilities:
- Manage leads for recruiters from various channels
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for events, monthly communications, and other communications
- Assist in social media content development
- Collect metrics from email and website to present to teams on monthly and quarterly basis
- Assist in developing a media calendar
- Assist with website updates
- Co-present training sessions for staff on social media, email, and video strategies
- Work with Marketing Team to identify primary KPIs required to support critical business decisions
- Develop end to end project timelines including analysis delivery
- Assist in recommendations of digital campaign strategies
- Assist in development of public relations and external communications plans that support key company initiatives and corporate reputation programs
- 20% approx. travel to job fairs, tradeshows, and employee engagement events
