We’re growing at Premier Medical Staffing Services and we need your help! We have a new position at our Corporate Office for a top performing Marketing Coordinator with a passion for excellence and high interest in being exposed to various marketing activities.

Ou new Marketing Coordinator will support the development of marketing strategies and tools for Premier Medical Staffing Services and Premier Physician Services. The ideal person will work closely with various internal teams to increase our brand awareness through social media, email marketing, and media communications. As Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our internal teams to develop and manage content for our social media channels, website, digital advertising, and other channels. A positive, pro-active, helpful attitude and critical thinking skills are essential to this position’s success.

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work with the Marketing Team to exceed results. Some of the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Coordinator include social media content creation and management, creation and management of e-newsletters, interviews for blog and website content, event communications, media communications, campaign analysis, and more. The ideal candidate is communicative, approachable team player willing to go the extra mile. Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads for recruiters from various channels
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for events, monthly communications, and other communications
  • Assist in social media content development
  • Collect metrics from email and website to present to teams on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Assist in developing a media calendar
  • Assist with website updates
  • Co-present training sessions for staff on social media, email, and video strategies
  • Work with Marketing Team to identify primary KPIs required to support critical business decisions
  • Develop end to end project timelines including analysis delivery
  • Assist in recommendations of digital campaign strategies
  • Assist in development of public relations and external communications plans that support key company initiatives and corporate reputation programs
  • 20% approx. travel to job fairs, tradeshows, and employee engagement events
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or similar
  • Two to three years of experience in marketing, B2C or B2B
  • Reporter-like skills in interviewing
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate proficiency with managing business pages of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Intermediate proficiency with WordPress
  • Advanced proficiency with MailChimp, Constant Contact, or Vertical Response
  • Fundamental or Novice proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop CC, InDesign CC, and Illustrator CC
  • Novice proficiency with healthcare terms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation and knowledge sharing
  • Intermediate proficiency with print and digital media relations
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
