Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The marketing coordinator position will assist the marketing manager in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business. This is an entry level marketing position with extensive on the job training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understating of customer experience and general marketing and analytic concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects 
• Assist in creating materials used for advertisements, direct mail and merchandise 
• Assist with video production and video editing 
• Generate content for online media including social 
• Manage email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact 
• Search engine optimization and analysis of traffic sources 
• Database administration and CRM software management 
• Analysis website statistics including Google Analytics 
• Assist with trade shows and industry events

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or related field 
• 1-3 years of experience in related field 
• Familiarity with social media marketing and use of various social media platforms required 
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner and have an awesome attitude

Software Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator 
• Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
• Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management platforms 
• YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media outlets

Compensation:

• Salary DOE plus annual company bonus
