The Sleep Wellness Institute (TSWI) is Wisconsin’s only independent sleep disorders center fully accredited for adults andchildrenby theAmerican Academy of Sleep Medicine. As Wisconsin’s preeminent center for the diagnosis and treatment of all sleep disorders for both adults and children, we provide more testing and treatment options, such as in-lab or in-home testing, and treat all sleep disorders, with a special expertise in diagnosis and treating obstructive sleep apnea.

At The Sleep Wellness Institute, you work with Board Certified Sleep Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Sleep Technicians who are Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) and/or Registered Sleep Technologists. The Sleep Wellness Institute holds the gold standard for its sleep technologists.

Are you a marketing student looking for some real-world experience that won’t overwhelm your current schedule? The Sleep Wellness Institute is looking for a part time healthcare and marketing intern.

Description and Tasks:

Internal/External Publications

  • Create monthly newsletter and distribute to employees
  • Create monthly e-newsletter to distribute targeted at prospective patients

Patient Satisfaction

  • Enter patient satisfaction data into excel and compile end-of-month data summary
  • Call patients with both positive and negative comments for additional feedback and to promote online reviews Participate in monthly committee meetings

Social Media

  • Coordinate monthly social media campaigns
  • Co-create monthly marketing calendar
  • Participate in monthly social media committee meetings

Inventory Marketing Items in Warehouse:

  • Maintain proper order levels of needed brochures and materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Pursuing a degree in marketing or health care
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Paid Internship - $10 - $11/hour
  • Flexible 10-hour per week work schedule
