In support of the company mission, the Marketing Intelligence Manager will be responsible for conducting ongoing monitoring and analysis of all digital marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver dashboards, status reports, high level and detailed insights, forward-thinking opinions and optimization recommendations to the eCommerce and Marketing teams to increase program effectiveness, resource allocations and ROI. S/he will work closely with channel directors, demand generation managers and digital marketers to understand campaign objectives, drive insights, and ensure campaign success.

  1. Build and manage marketing intelligence reports across channels including tracking/tagging, information gathering, testing and live campaign evaluation to provide high level and detailed campaign performance insights that will drive acquisition and conversions. 
  2. Spearhead all website and campaign tracking and tagging efforts to ensure accurate tracking and campaign reporting. 
  3. Develop and communicate optimization ideas for marketing campaigns, A/B testing experiments, cross sell opportunities, and other marketing programs. 
  4. Conduct market research to identify market trends, understand industry competitive landscapes, and build competitor profiles. 
  5. Lead data mining and artificial intelligence efforts, including the development and management of infrastructure for collecting, processing, and analyzing data used in marketing. 
  6. Provide insights around key trends in digital marketing including effectiveness, strategy, innovation, legislation and technological advancements. 
  7. Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance resources to build and manage our marketing and sales business intelligence tool in order to provide the organization with actionable insights. 
  8. Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field plus 5+ years’ experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing intelligence and analytics; or master’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science or Marketing Analytics plus a minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience in a digital marketing intelligence and analytics position. 
  • Extensive experience in Google Analytics, Salesforce, SQL, and Excel. Experience with javascript, python, and other website and data mining languages is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to drive analytical insight, pulling key conclusions from data, communicate actionable business recommendations and monitor subsequent results. 
  • Knowledge of website, search, display and email marketing measurement and benchmarking metrics. 
  • Understanding of a wide range of technical issues (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, etc.) without necessarily being an expert. 
  • Analytical, process-oriented and self-driven mentality. Demonstrated ability to proactively learn new tools and technologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to present to and successfully influence multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams across geographies and business units. 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
