Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is part of Marketing and Business Development team. Ideal candidate has ad agency background and can distill strategy into execution like an experienced project manager while implementing with compellling digital marketing/writing savvy. Independent, confident and innovative, the right candidate will succeed in this role by listening carefully, applying best practices for digital campaigns, etc. while being willing to push boundaries and break rules when it makes sense for the brand. An excellent fit will turn a discerning eye to copy and edit with zeal, will push, mentor and coach the team to reflect the brand promises in every opportunity, will challenge themselves and the team to grow top line sales, create efficiencies to grow bottom line profits and win whenever possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of content and digital marketers responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies
- Create and implement integrated social, digital, content and email campaigns
- Deliver on multiple deadlines, prioritize effectively and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Integrate with and communicate across marketing, product management, leadership, delivery, sales and account teams
- Edit copy for various external and internal communications to brand standards
- Manage external PR resources and media relations
- Analyze campaign data regularly – via rank tracking tools, Google Analytics, and other suitable tools
- Identify trends and opportunities as well as keeping abreast of the industry and constantly look for new opportunities as well as best practices
