We are a Design-Build Remodeling firm in the Greater Milwaukee Area in search of an innovative and motivated individual to become our Marketing Manager. The main focus of this position is to promote our brand by developing and supporting our marketing programs. You will work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to support sales activities (shows, events, campaigns, etc) and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Marketing campaigns and plan events, including tradeshows, open houses & showroom events
  • Provide coordination and event management to ensure event success.
  • Prepare Marketing Strategy and maintain Annual Marketing Budget
  • Social Media Management
  • Website Management, knowledge of WordPress required
  • Manage aspects of project photography, scheduling, posting, etc.
  • Order and distribute company logo apparel
  • Design and order print material; business cards, flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Manage client gifts and requests for online reviews

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate
  • Experience in home construction or remodeling industry preferred
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Reliable transportation required to make job site visits, perform radius marketing, etc.

Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
