OMEGA is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing talented group of professionals. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in the development of the firm’s and marketing and business development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage outside marketing vendor relationships 
  • Develops presentation materials: Powerpoint decks, exhibits, and other material 
  • Database and email list management 
  • Update employee intranet based in Microsoft SharePoint 
  • Content curation and creation for all digital platforms 
  • Coordinate social media, blog and website updates 
  • Attend industry events representing the firm 
  • Event planning and staffing – career fairs, company gatherings 
  • Coordinate award submittals for the firm 
  • Develop, maintain and steward company branding 
  • Formatting documents and creating visually appealing page layouts 
  • Assists Business Development Manager with proposal development (primarily review and edit), and serve as back up for business development activities 
  • Additional duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred 
  • 5-8 years of professional experience—engineering firm experience preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint 
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Excellent proofing and editing 
  • Organized and efficient 
  • Extremely detail oriented 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive and professional attitude
