The firm’s leadership seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of the Chicago office’s marketing plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and assist Marketing Coordinator in the preparation of qualifications statements, proposals, promotional communications and award submittals and in updating and maintaining the firm website, social media accounts and agency registrations 
  • Prepare other written and graphic marketing materials in support of firm’s business development plan 
  • Develop, implement and manage firm’s marketing plan and budget 
  • Research and customer relationship management (CRM) 
  • Public relations including press releases and publication 
  • Quality control of firm’s marketing material, especially statements of qualifications and proposals 
  • Coordinate presentations and coach interview rehearsals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline 
  • Minimum five years of business marketing experience in the A/E/C industry, architecture preferred 
  • Excellent writing and/or graphics communication skills, preferably both 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and in Microsoft Office software 
  • Good interpersonal skills with an appropriate balance of enthusiasm, intellect and humor
