Under the direction of the President & CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in building The Cradle brand and increasing the awareness and visibility of the services and programs provided by The Cradle.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a broad range of marketing projects including: consistent brand implementation; collaboration internally and externally to successfully reach The Cradle’s target markets through efficient and effective tactics; digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to various forms of social media; the organization’s communications calendar and website. As an integral member of The Cradle’s management team, this position will be responsible for managing, shaping, and improving the execution of marketing campaigns and materials.

Requirements include:

  • Commitment to The Cradle’s mission and values 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar field required 
  • 4 years of marketing experience in a nonprofit setting with demonstrated success 
  • Experience utilizing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics 
  • Current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements 
  • Data driven with exceptional analytical skills 
  • Organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing and brand development 
  • Proficient in MS Suite required; Adobe Photoshop a plus 
  • Ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team environment 
  • Proficient in Mailchimp or similar email provider required 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Proficient in social media channels Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram 
  • Proficient in the use of Drupal or similar web platform preferred
