Are you a results-oriented, collaborative, and creative marketing professional and writer that would like to design and execute marketing campaigns to drive business results? At ManpowerGroup, our Right Management brand is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Professional to build brand awareness and drive lead generation and nurturing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategy, objectives, forecast and success measures that are aligned to brand growth strategy 
  • Deliver value proposition to target audience by creating messaging strategy and content through various mediums 
  • Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders internally and externally (e.g., agencies & vendors) to ensure collaboration across the business to achieve campaign results 
  • Influence, leverage and share all ManpowerGroup thought leadership to amplify our brand key messages and elevate our company narrative 

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Professional manages a wide variety of projects and processes within the North America Marketing team to drive creative development and media plans that guide the business strategy with a focus on the associate population.

Results & Strategy:

  • Develop and create marketing capabilities for both digital and non-digital marketing platforms that target deployed associates and increase redeployment. 
  • Drive the implementation of the end-to-end solutions from concept through development and deployment lifecycle; including budgeting, project management, and solutioning. 
  • Leverage NPS and job advert data and A/B testing to drive associate nurturing and redeployment. 

Client & Candidate:

  • Enhance candidate and associate experience through continuous communications and creating a voice for associates. 

Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. 
  • Understand and educate others on the dynamics of labor and workforce management.

Required:

  • Industry: 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 

Nice to Have:

  • Technical: Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices; A/B testing; Net Promoter Score familiarity 
  • Experience: Employment in the staffing industry
