Bremer Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bremer’s corporate office in St Paul. This role will be responsible to provide marketing support for Bremer’s mortgage and wealth management lines of business.

Duties will include:

  • Internal customer service to multiple business lines 
  • Maintain library of marketing collateral for business lines, complete updates as necessary, and assist with the annual compliance review 
  • Partner with business lines to obtain required compliance approvals on marketing materials 
  • Field advertising requests from individual sales reps 
  • Partner with individual sales reps with marketing collateral customization and ordering 
  • Coordinate tradeshow events with individual sales reps including booth requests and marketing materials 
  • Update webpages in Content Management System including sales rep biography page creation/updates, product updates, etc. 
  • Create and update email templates in CRM system 
  • Manage marketing list and lead distribution 
  • Update company intranet pages 
  • Create and monitor social media posts 
  • Research stock photography options in accordance with brand standards 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects for the Marketing team 
  • Write and edit sales and marketing materials, including articles, presentations, letters, and collateral 
  • Train sales reps on how to use marketing materials and systems 
  • Coordinate mailings to clients and contacts for individual sales reps

Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3+ years of related experience. Prior written marketing communication experience and financial services industry experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial services marketing and compliance knowledge 
  • Solid marketing writing skills, with ability to write to a defined target audience 
  • Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint formatting skills with eye for design 
  • Ability to take direction, follow directions and complete projects and tasks with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines 
  • Superior attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct grammatical errors and typos 
  • Experience using a CMS system and CRM system Eloqua and Sitecore experience preferred 
  • Solid computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software 
  • Experience creating social media content 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
