The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans located in Brookfield, Wisconsin is looking for a Marketing Specialist that is a team player who is able to multi-task while working in a diverse business environment. This position will provide leadership for various online and offline marketing channels by utilizing analytics to provide the necessary data and performance result reporting to obtain the desired results. This position will provide copywriting and creative direction while playing a critical role in communicating the Foundation brand and the various benefits of the assorted programs and products within our areas of expertise. The position will support revenue initiatives by managing external marketing efforts and oversee budget allocations and expenses.

The specialist will lead tactical marketing execution of assigned programs by planning and managing promotional campaigns including: media planning, copy writing, email marketing, and webpage management. The candidate will collect and analyze relevant membership and market data, competitive practices, and growth opportunities. The position will also serve as the person who can track and analyze ROI and KPI's of our marketing programs and campaigns to be able to make recommendations for improvement and identify trends.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer a four year degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of successful marketing communications, email marketing, copywriting or public relations experience
  • Marketing writing experience required
  • Be able to understand integrated data base programs such as CRM
  • Knowledge of employee benefits a plus
  • Excellent oral & written communications

This is a full-time exempt position. Benefits includes paid vacation, sick, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance. Health benefits include a low monthly premium, low cost deductibles, and low cost out of pocket maximums. Retirement plans consist of a defined benefit plan in addition to a matched 401(K) and a non-elective employer contribution 401(a) plan.
