NRT LLC/Coldwell Banker is searching for a full time Marketing Specialist to work out of our Mequon branch location.

The Marketing Specialist is a highly interactive and personable marketing professional, responsible for providing advertising and marketing support on a one-on-one basis to real estate sales agents at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices. This individual assists the growth and success of sales associates by facilitating agent onboarding and integration into the company, driving agent business building and marketing by assisting the agents with their personal marketing plans, social media and online presence, providing education and training on internal and external tools, and supporting general office marketing. This is a highly independent, self-directed position that requires strong skills in project management, training, presentation, and communication. Expertise in relationship building is essential.

 

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4-year degree in marketing related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications field
  • Prior real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use internet based software
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
  • Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables
  • Ability to use basic office equipment.
