PatientWise is growing and looking for another talented individual to fill our newly added Marketing Specialist position.

The Marketing Specialist works in partnership with the Associate Manager, PatientWise in the coordination of marketing activities and creation and management of advertising campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist works within the creative team but will also lend support to the business development team.

Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with website development 
  • Create campaign recommendations and proposals 
  • Collaborate with Sites and Sponsors for approval of campaigns, materials, schedules and budgets 
  • Develop customized marketing materials (Radio script, TV script/story board, print, online)
  • Implement campaigns by placing various ad buys and posting online materials 
  • Summarize campaigns, and track referrals, studies and site information 
  • Monitor and follow-up on all campaigns 
  • Assist with building and maintaining client relationships

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing or communications role 
  • Extreme attention to detail 
  • Savvy organizer with the ability to multi-task multiple projects and priorities 
  • Effective verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to problem solve independently and within a team 
  • Familiarity with InDesign and/or Photoshop preferred 
  • Experience with direct-response advertising is a plus
