Then this is an opportunity you want to explore! This position will require an individual that is able to jump into many different responsibilities and assist with many tasks. Whether preparing marketing reports from different sources, managing social media posts, editing brochures and literature, creating development for website pages, working with engineering for white paper and tech paper development, and coordinating sales events such as trade shows, this person must be very organized and energetic to take on the different projects. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this person will help to implement the TCI branding and positioning within the marketplace.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Content and creative development for website pages, newsletters, social media posts, advertisements and brochures. Work directly with Engineering team for white paper and tech paper development.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, videos, web pages, sales portal etc.) using both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to create focused marketing campaigns
• Assist in maintaining updates to TCI’s website including the image database.
• Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use.
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory of literature, placing orders, redesigning, reviewing and verifying receipt.
• Primarily responsible in the coordination and participation details in sales events such as trade shows, quarterly sales meetings, seminars, lunch and learns, training programs and customer meeting
• Update, modify or create product manuals and brochures as required using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
• Assist in the execution of product launch activities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Works directly with Sales Team and Reps to communicate marketing information and provide sales support.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related major
• 3+ years in a Marketing role, preferably in a Marketing Department
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with creative software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and web applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. WordPress) desired
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate using the English language in clear and concise terms in a professional manner using industry terminology.
• Team player with an eye for design and layouts
• Successfully handling multiple tasks simultaneously while operating in an urgent environment and maintaining customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
