Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the strategy, development, writing, editing and graphic production of response to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ensuring timely completion and high quality.
  • Interview team members and gather information on an approach and author a high-level draft response to the RFP or RFQ that requires limited tailoring.
  • Stay on top of current projects and innovations occurring within the firm to support ongoing project documentation. Interview internal team members to draw out information on project attributes and statistics. Edit materials prepared by team members to ensure consistency with firm brand message.
  • Develop and maintain various marketing pieces, including project descriptions, resumes, web content, etc. Author award submittals and promotional materials for conferences. Coordinate photoshoots as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years relevant technical writing experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign required.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills required.
  • Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
