Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a newly structured immediate career opportunity for a Director of Marketing Technology in our Minneapolis, MN office. This leadership position will provide help define the vision and tools to support our evolving and emerging national digital marketing strategy.

We are looking for a driven individual to manage strategy and execution of marketing technology efforts, including the following:

  • Manage and provide guidance on the use and effectiveness of all marketing technology tools including: CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), website technologies, SEO, email marketing, and data analytics; 
  • Partner with marketing colleagues in branding and PR, as well as regional/service/sector leadership to determine ways to use technology tools to meet marketing and business development objectives; 
  • Use data analytics to inform and guide strategicand tactical marketing and technology decisions; 
  • Develop creative ways to encourage adoption of CRM.

Is This You?

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic and marketing planning skills and have in-depth marketing experience and exposure to various digital marketing systems, specifically CRM, website, SEO, analytics and digital campaigns. He/she will also have an interest in and ability to lead others, including those of influence who are not direct reports. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ of marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a digital marketing role. Experience with B2B, C-level targets, and long, complex sales cycles is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Drupal, while not critical, would contribute to early success for the candidate.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing is required. This role requires an extensive knowledge of CRM systems and its uses. Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
