The Media Assistant position consists of clerical duties tied to billing and media, preparation of media presentations using Microsoft Office and research projects. You will assist in executing online media plans by trafficking ads, as well as tracking campaign performance and optimization. You will assist Supervisors, Associate Media Directors and the Media Director. Once skilled in this position, you will be taught media buying (print, broadcast, online).
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications.
Must by internet savvy and have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of online planning and tracking tools (i.e. ComScore, 3rd Party Ad Server) helpful.
